EPISODE 24: aNXIETY IN CHILDREN WITH DR MARY WILDE

Anxiety among children is on the rise and increasingly, parents are struggling to find ways to help support their children. To talk about anxiety and to provide parents tips and tools, my guest today is Dr Mary Wilde.

Dr Mary is a board certified pediatrician, author, Podcaster, TEDx speaker and mom of eight. She runs her practice Imagine Pediatrics to address child healthcare needs in Southern Utah.

As a pediatrician, she feels passionate about helping children build resilience and considers one of the greatest ways to build emotional well-being in kids is to support their parents.

She recognizes that the traditional medical model often falls short in helping families dealing with emotional and behavioral issues. For this reason, she has gained additional training in mind-body medicine to provide more holistic, customized strategies.
